Karceski IP Law, PLLC practices exclusively Intellectual Property law. This work includes patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. We counsel clients and partner with them to secure their intellectual property rights and also to enforce those rights. At Karceski IP Law, we are dedicated to our clients’ development of their valuable, intangible assets.
Mr. Karceski is a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney and, therefore, is licensed to practice before the United States Patent Office. Therefore, we are able to offer a full range of patent preparation and prosecution services. Mr. Karceski helps clients to identify inventions, develop strategies to protect those inventions, and, where appropriate, help to obtain patent protection for those same inventions. Additionally, Mr. Karceski works with clients in infringement and validity matters — offering advice and formal opinions where appropriate. We assist with the preparation of or response to cease and desist letters and all the way through litigation in the federal courts, as necessary.
Karceski IP Law also provides counseling regarding trademarks and related unfair competition matters. We provide clearance right-to-use searches and opinions. We file and prosecute applications for trademark registration before the United States Trademark Office.
Other significant intellectual property matters—including copyrights, trade secrets and licensing—are also part of the services offered by Karceski IP Law. We provide counseling and guidance to clients to help them develop the tools they desire to make well-reasoned business decisions.
